BRIOS LIL LADY

Just this side of heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.
When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow
Bridge.
There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.
All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or
maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and
times gone by.
The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special
to them, who had to be left behind.
They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the
distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the
group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.
You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in
joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again
caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone
from your life but never absent from your heart.
Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Brio was registered with AQHA and was born on February 15, 1985. She was 14.2 hands and was a chestnut
with a blaze. She had Doc Bar bloodlines and it showed in everything she was. Brio rode our kids like they
were her own. She would run as fast as you wanted her to and when the kids hopped on....she was as careful
and slow as can be. Brio had 3 babies for us. She had one other baby and it was a boy. He went on to be a
mounted police horse in the Atlanta area. Lightnindoesthework is a sorrel mare with a blaze. Brooke has
always been a sweet and calm horse. She will make a nice barrel horse one day. Then, came Fountains Bit O
Lace. She is a chestnut roan. Lacey has been shown and has recently started riding. She is built just like her
mom and will excede in everything she does. Then came Lay Z Acres Brios Doc O Lady. She is also a chestnut
but she has a star on her forehead instead of a blaze. Lady is very special to us. She lost her mommy at just
5 weeks old. Brio contracted EPM and her health failed very quickly. We tried everything to save her but it
was her time to go. She left Lady in our hands with the promise that I would make sure she was well taken
care of. Lady is living with Nella and Adrian at Club Mini in Lavonia. Brio was part of our family and is missed
every single day. She lived 21 years and we are happy to have had her in our life.......
